The just-turned-40 vice president who finally realized how unhappy she’d become at work. Was it the work itself? The stressful and negative environment of the company? Did she need to leave the industry she’d been in for so many years?

The executive who could no longer stand the 6-day weeks, 10 and 12 hour days that had become expected of her. She was exhausted by extra duties constantly dumped on her and drained by the boss's negativity. She wanted to use her creative talents and get more time for family…but how?

The thirtysomething mother of two youngsters, self-employed as a graphic designer who wrestled with her desire to grow her business with her calling to be a great mom and wife. How would she reconcile both? How could she give her all to her family and express herself as an artist and businesswoman?

Create a simple, actionable strategy to achieve their goals. We'll work together to figure out the best way to position you to create what you want and follow the path you’re called to. You'll identify the action steps you're willing to take and get brave to stretch yourself.

Improve your skills. We were each given specific gifts by God. I'll help you improve the skills that will move you towards your goals, figure out how to minimize areas of weakness, and put you find resources to help you do things you can’t.

Cultivate an environment that supports you. We can allow people and things to create negative energy that holds us back from being the powerful, joyful creatures God planned for us to be. You gain the clarity and confidence you need to create an environment that will support you, not drain you.

Get out of your own way. It’s our fears and worries that hold us back. The monologue that’s in our head gets filled with negativity. When we embrace our spiritual selves and align our stated values with our actions we’re able to boldly make positive change.
