I'm Winnie Anderson, a former corporate recruiter, trainer, and teacher. Since 1983 I've helped professionals find work that matches their skills and talents, and taught them how to strengthen those skills through workshops I designed and through individual coaching (before I even knew it was called that!). I've designed and taught workshops that have helped supervisors, managers, and executives become better leaders, conduct effective interviews and select the best candidates. I've taught professionals how to write resumes and cover letters that get the interview and taught them how to interview well to communicate their value. I've worked with busy executives to market themselves and manage their search.
